contributing to it overwhelmed me to the conclusion of ‘what’s the point of anything, if I can’t even influence the one thing that concerns me the most’.
Long story short –I heard about Youth Lead and since then have stepped way out of my comfort zone to get in on some big ideas, including Youth Leading Australia. I am passionate about helping young people not get stuck in the useless, miserable place I was, but instead be empowered to challenge what doesn’t sit right with them. I’m a Youth Leading the World facilitator because I know these congresses will be the first step for many young people around the world in doing this!!
