Inquiring. Innovating. Inspiring. Life changing.
Imagine an event full of passionate young people coming together to tackle global sustainability challenges and collaborating to create positive social change.
At the 2-day YLTW congress you will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the environmental challenges we face; envision a healthier future for our planet; and actively create projects to deliver change and show leadership. At a community forum, held 3 weeks later, your team will present the outcomes of the congress to leaders of the local community, media, teachers and family.
The congress is run by non-profit sustainability organisation OzGREEN in cooperation with North Sydney Council. Facilitated by other young change-makers you are guaranteed to enjoy the experience. You’ll learn a bucket load about yourself, new skills and meet a bunch of like-minded, amazing, inspiring young people, just like you! And you may be able to count the congress and the resulting project towards your Duke of Ed volunteering requirements.
Unlock YOUR potential to LEAD the way in sustainability.
