Wellbeing

“Nature is not a place to visit. It is home.”

- Mary Synder

Wellbeing and sustainability are deeply interconnected, and they reinforce each other positively.

Wellbeing is the foundation from which everything else is built upon -including sustainability action.

We know that spending time in nature positively impacts our wellbeing.

We run a host of nature connection events under our Wellbeing pillar, some for all ages, and some specifically for young people.
