The Bellingen Riverwatch Riverbank Restoration Program sees volunteers, schools and partners working together to weed, plant trees and maintain plantings along riverbanks at key sites.
So far, we have planted 620 trees over 2 sites on the Bellinger River.
We’re just at the beginning.
This program is quite new and will be expanded and refined over the coming years.
