Facilitator Training
For youth and people working with youth.
OzGREEN trains local people to run YLTW in their own school or community.
The training underpins the success of YLTW and helps create the glue that connects participating regions together.
To date…
OzGREEN has trained over 1,200 people from around the world, from a wide age range of backgrounds and experience (youth, youth workers, local and state government, school, Uni and TAFE students and teachers, professionals, corporate executives, parents, grandparents).
What will I learn?
YLTW Facilitator Training focuses on how to organise and facilitate, and features skills training in:
Measuring Eco-Footprint
Presentation Skills
Strategic Questioning and Deep Listening Skills to guide group process to move from overwhelm into action;
Visioning, Innovation and Creative thinking
Creating VIBRANT goals (goals that have such a good VIBE you can RANT about them)
Creating SMART plans for action;
Keeping the energy up with fun and purposeful games
