Bushwalk with Ecologist, Mark Graham

Connecting deeply and profoundly with culturally significant landscapes through exploration in nature.

We partnered with local ecologist, Mark Graham, to deliver a bushwalk in a culturally and environmentally significant area of Gondwana Rainforest. Through informative ecological insights, immersion in beautiful landscapes, science-backed grounding activities and wisdom-filled stories unveiling the history and significance of the land, participants gained a deep connection to the environment and a positive outlook for the future.

The day was extremely well planned with clear instructions and great communication. Once we arrived we were when handed snacks to enjoy along the walk. Mark, our guide has a wealth of knowledge in the area regarding different plant species, animals and the indigenous history of the area. I loved hearing about the medicinal benefits of the native plants and hearing about the indigenous grasslands which was extremely moving. Thanks for arranging this amazing walk. My partner and I had an amazing day. So inspiring and informative.
