Regional STEM Pathways helps regional girls and non-binary students see, try and experience where STEM could take them - while helping build the future regional STEM workforce.
Young people shouldn't have fewer opportunities simply because of where they live.
But for many regional students, the people, workplaces and experiences that make STEM careers visible are still out of reach.
We’re changing that.
Currently building the pathway on the Mid North Coast of NSW, with future regional expansion being explored.
The opportunity gap is real.
A regional postcode shouldn’t limit the futures a young person can imagine.
Regional girls don't lack potential.
Too often, they lack access to the people, places and experiences that help them imagine themselves in STEM.
For many of the students who joined us in 2026, this Conference was a first.

Connecting students with TAFE, university, apprenticeships, traineeships, industry and employment, building clearer pathways into the regional STEM workforce.

What can repeated opportunity lead to?
Daisy Sully participated in OzGREEN STEM programs over several years. In 2025, she received the prestigious Hansen Scholarship and is now studying science at the University of Melbourne.
We have proven the beginning. Now help us complete the pathway.
Over two years, OzGREEN has proven the foundation for this model through the STEM Conference for Regional Girls on the Mid North Coast.
We are now building a connected pathway around it and exploring how what works could eventually reach more regional communities.
